Restricted access · Prototype / Synthetic Review Environment. This review surface is Enterprise-Owner-only by architecture and deny-by-default. It is unavailable to public, client, facility, CAP, SAP, or general administrative users. Production authentication and authorization are NOT implemented in this prototype. The route is not securely deployable; access restriction is architectural intent recorded under DEBT-18, not an enforced production control.

Blood Bank, Transfusion & Blood Product Management — Synthetic Review Environment

A private, Enterprise-Owner-only, read-only, synthetic review surface for the MaxArc Enterprise Blood Bank, Transfusion & Blood Product Management Platform (CAP-BBT-001). It reuses the Enterprise Operations Center, the MaxArc design system, the enterprise authorization model, and the synthetic-event and audit-tray presentation. Nothing here is production: no Blood Establishment Computer System (BECS), immunohematology analyzer, blood inventory, or external supplier connection exists, no live patient/donor data is present, and no production command can be executed.

Security posture: Read-only by default. A synthetic scenario executes only after explicit confirmation, and every confirmed run emits an attributable synthetic audit event. Viewing and acting are separate permissions; this surface cannot bypass module authorization; no production data is present.

Blood Bank Operations Overview

Synthetic Prototype

Synthetic blood-bank operations snapshot: open orders, specimens awaiting typing, pending crossmatches, units reserved, units issued-not-transfused, expiring units, open reactions.

view bbt.overview.view · act bbt.overview.none

Transfusion Order Queue

Synthetic Prototype

Transfusion orders as specializations of EnterpriseOrder (family COO-FAM-BBT-001); each shows lifecycle state; an order is never treated as crossmatched or issued.

view bbt.order.view · act bbt.order.none

Donor and Donation

Synthetic Prototype

Synthetic donor eligibility and collection events; collection is never treated as released. No production donor registry.

view bbt.donor.view · act bbt.donor.none

Component Processing and Modification

Synthetic Prototype

Component separation and modification (irradiation, leukoreduction, washing) preserve provenance. No production component processing.

view bbt.processing.view · act bbt.processing.none

Inventory and Cold Chain

Synthetic Prototype

Synthetic inventory, storage temperature, and expiry; an expired unit is not issuable and a cold-chain excursion fails to a governed state. No production inventory integration.

view bbt.inventory.view · act bbt.inventory.none

Patient and Specimen Identity

Synthetic Prototype

Patient/specimen identity integrity; mismatch fails closed and routes to governed exception review. No silent specimen reattachment; two-person verification modelled.

view bbt.identity.view · act bbt.identity.none

Blood Typing and Antibody Screen

Synthetic Prototype

ABO/Rh typing and antibody screen precede crossmatch; type-and-screen is not crossmatch-complete. No production immunohematology analyzer.

view bbt.typing.view · act bbt.typing.none

Crossmatch and Compatibility

Synthetic Prototype

Crossmatch/compatibility determination; ABO/Rh or antibody incompatibility fails closed. No production compatibility determination.

view bbt.crossmatch.view · act bbt.crossmatch.none

Unit Reservation

Synthetic Prototype

Reservation precedes issue; reserved is never treated as issued. No production inventory reservation.

view bbt.reservation.view · act bbt.reservation.none

Issue and Dispatch

Synthetic Prototype

Crossmatch and reservation precede issue; issued is never treated as transfused. No production issue.

view bbt.issue.view · act bbt.issue.none

Bedside Verification

Synthetic Prototype

Two-person bedside verification is required before transfusion; the issuer may not be the sole bedside verifier.

view bbt.bedside.view · act bbt.bedside.none

Transfusion Administration

Synthetic Prototype

A human transfusionist is the final authority; administration records preserve verifier, times, volume, and monitoring. AI may not administer.

view bbt.transfusion.view · act bbt.transfusion.none

Transfusion Reactions

Synthetic Prototype

Suspected reactions stop the transfusion and require workup, escalation, and acknowledgment; notification is not acknowledgment; a reaction is not closed until worked up, acknowledged, and followed up.

view bbt.reaction.view · act bbt.reaction.none

Hemovigilance and Lookback

Synthetic Prototype

Hemovigilance reports, lookback, and product recall preserve traceability from donor to recipient. No live reaction reporting.

view bbt.hemovigilance.view · act bbt.hemovigilance.none

Provider Acknowledgment

Synthetic Prototype

Provider acknowledgment is explicit and attributable and distinct from routing/dispatch.

view bbt.ack.view · act bbt.ack.none

Follow-up Required

Synthetic Prototype

Post-transfusion follow-up-required findings remain open until explicitly resolved.

view bbt.followup.view · act bbt.followup.none

Blood Bank Audit Tray

Synthetic Prototype

Append-only synthetic audit tray with prior/new state, actor, role, reason, approvals, workflow, correlation/causation IDs, enterprise event, and provenance.

view bbt.audit.view · act bbt.audit.none

Enterprise Events

Monitor Only

Normalized Enterprise Operations Events (blood-bank families). Reuses the enterprise event architecture; no parallel event bus.

view bbt.events.view · act bbt.events.none

Exceptions and Overrides

Synthetic Prototype

Governed exceptions, emergency uncrossmatched release, and massive transfusion protocol require reason, authorization, audit, and later review.

view bbt.exception.view · act bbt.exception.none

Operations Center Health

Monitor Only

Read-only synthetic service-health signals for the blood-bank review surface. No live telemetry.

view bbt.health.view · act bbt.health.none

Deferred Production Integrations

Production Blocked

Production BECS, immunohematology analyzers, live blood inventory, production component processing, production compatibility determination, and production issue/transfusion are blocked by DEBT-18 until implemented, tested, reviewed, and accepted.

view bbt.deferred.view · act bbt.deferred.none

Synthetic testing scenarios

Read-only by default. Preview plans a scenario without executing it; running requires explicit confirmation (confirm=confirm-synthetic-blood-bank) and emits an attributable synthetic audit event. No real patient/donor data, no live blood unit, no production command.

Blood bank audit tray synthetic

Append-only synthetic audit tray. Corrections preserve the original record; nothing is silently overwritten.
