MaxArc Executive Dashboard Framework

Enterprise overview & navigation layer for the MaxArc ecosystem. The enterprise entry point into the MaxArc Global Health Impact Platform, MaxArc EHR, MaxArc Medical Library, and future MaxArc products — organized as a governed portal rather than one enormous screen.

You are viewing the MaxArc Executive Dashboard Framework — Synthetic non-identifiable data
Security posture: The Executive Dashboard is a navigation and enterprise-awareness layer. Viewing a card never grants the right to act. No dashboard may bypass existing authorization; each linked module continues to enforce its own security, audit, and lawful-basis controls.
Enterprise Health 97.4% composite

Weighted composite of platform, security, data-quality, and continuity signals.

Platform Status Operational

All demonstration services responding on the local runtime.

Active Alerts 6 open

Synthetic alerts across modules awaiting authorized human review.

AI Status Assistive human-decided

AI is bounded and assistive; no autonomous high-impact action.

Security Status Deny-by-default enforced

Least-privilege posture; viewing and acting are separate permissions.

Recent Activity 142 events / 24h

Synthetic attributable events recorded in the demonstration audit stream.

System Health Nominal

Synthetic infrastructure indicators within expected ranges.

Executive Summary On track

Enterprise architecture foundation progressing through governed, reviewed stages.

Enterprise signals

Representative synthetic charts. Values are placeholders for demonstration and carry no live telemetry.

Ecosystem portal

7 governed sections · 60 navigation entries. Each entry declares a separate view and act permission. Placeholder and planned entries are non-navigable and never represent a real transaction.

Global Health Impact Platform

SAP

Program, commodity, laboratory, continuity, and accountability operations for supervisory and facility users.

MaxArc EHR

CAP

Clinical operations for a facility. Delivered in a separate product/repository; the portal provides governed navigation placeholders only.

MaxArc EHR is a separate product/repository. No EHR functionality is implemented here; these are navigation placeholders for a future governed entry point.

Medical Library

CAP

Medical knowledge and clinical references. Delivered in a separate product/repository; navigation placeholders only.

MaxArc Medical Library is a separate product at library.maxarchealth.com. No library functionality is implemented here; these are navigation placeholders only.

Administration

TAP

The three governed administrative layers established by the Enterprise Governance Constitution (GHI-1808).

Enterprise Services

TAP

Shared foundation consumed by every layer through governed interfaces (build once, consume everywhere).

Governance

SAP

Quality improvement, patient safety, and risk governance surfaces.

BuildOps

TAP

Engineering delivery awareness: architecture progress, review pipeline, and readiness.

Authorization boundaries — CAP / SAP / TAP

  • CAP — Client Administration Platform — a single authorized organization operating its own services.
  • SAP — Supervisory Administration Platform — governed oversight across a supervised scope; aggregate-by-default; identifiable data requires lawful basis and role authorization.
  • TAP — Technical Administration Platform — reserved exclusively for MaxArc Health technical operations; no customer receives unrestricted access.

Every card carries a distinct view permission and a distinct act permission. A user may see an awareness tile without holding any authority to act inside the underlying module.

Enterprise Operating Profiles

  • EOP-S — Standard — the portal presents awareness and navigation; guidance surfaces are inert.
  • EOP-G — Guided — MaxArc Assist prompts and quality reminders may appear on cards where enabled.
  • EOP-O — Optimized — orchestration, journey intelligence, and operational analytics surfaces may appear where enabled.

Profiles are additive (EOP-S ⊆ EOP-G ⊆ EOP-O). Profile selection changes which awareness surfaces render; it never weakens authorization, audit, or safety controls.

Enterprise Architecture Impact Review — GHI-1810

AreaEffectRisk
Client Administration Platform Adds a governed navigation placeholder for CAP; no CAP behavior changed. none
Supervisory Administration Platform Surfaces SAP-scoped awareness sections; aggregate-by-default posture preserved. none
Technical Administration Platform Portal is stewarded via TAP; no customer receives TAP access through it. none
MaxArc EHR Navigation placeholders only; EHR remains a separate product/repository. none
MaxArc Assist Assist surfaces appear only under EOP-G/EOP-O; remains assistive and human-decided. none
MEFS Referenced as an EHR/records navigation placeholder; MEFS behavior unchanged. none
Laboratory Links to existing lab operations dashboard; no lab logic changed. none
Patient Continuity Links to existing continuity dashboard; continuity rules unchanged. none
Security Adds read-only synthetic page; deny-by-default and view/act separation preserved; no authorization bypass. none
Offline Services No offline behavior changed; offline service is a navigation placeholder. none
Shared Enterprise Services Portal consumes (does not duplicate) shared services; documented as governed interfaces. none
Patient Safety No clinical or safety logic introduced; synthetic awareness only. none
Record Integrity No records are written or mutated; framework is read-only over synthetic data. none

Additive, read-only, synthetic. No existing architectural, governance, security, or documentation standard is weakened.
